All bets placed on pkr91 Sports are final once confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply — subsequent changes to market odds do not affect already-confirmed bets. The only exception is where pkr91 determines that a bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds, in which case pkr91 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in confirmation due to the real-time nature of the market. Bets placed during in-play markets are confirmed at the odds available at the point of acceptance, which may differ slightly from the odds displayed at the time of selection due to market movement during the confirmation process.
If a match is abandoned before a result is achievable under the relevant competition rules — including rain-affected cricket matches that do not produce a Duckworth-Lewis result — bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and played within 48 hours, bets may remain active for the rescheduled fixture. Bets on events not played within the specified period will be voided.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A voided selection within an accumulator reduces the number of legs and the overall odds, but the accumulator remains active with the remaining legs. A single losing selection voids the entire accumulator payout.
Maximum winnings per bet and per day may apply. These limits are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary by member tier. pkr91 reserves the right to cap winnings on bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
All casino games on pkr91 — including Live Casino, Slots, Table Games, Crash Games and Game Shows — use certified random number generators (RNG) or real-time physical dealing (for Live Casino). Game outcomes are fair, independently verifiable and not subject to manipulation by pkr91 or the member.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each casino game is available in the game's information panel. RTP represents a theoretical long-run average — individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP figure, particularly in high-variance games.
Bets placed and confirmed in casino games are final. Technical failures that interrupt a game round will be handled as follows: if a game round was properly initiated and the outcome was determined before the interruption, the outcome stands. If a round was interrupted before completion with no determined outcome, the stake will be returned.

Members are expected to use pkr91 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkr91 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr91 staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to pkr91 support promptly.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkr91 support immediately through the platform's live chat or support email. pkr91 will suspend the account while the matter is investigated. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
pkr91 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited and deposits or winnings may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the member's request, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after standard verification.
